Shipping PolicyThank you for shopping with us! We are excited to deliver your festival clothing, no matter where you are. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy, which covers domestic and international shipping options.Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after 12 PM (AEST) will be processed the following business day.

In case of any unexpected delays, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:We offer both domestic and international shipping options to suit your needs. All delivery times are estimated based on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.

Standard Shipping (3-7 Business Days)Cost: Free on orders over $75, or a flat rate of $9.95Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days within Australia, depending on your location.

Express Shipping (1-3 Business Days)Cost: $15.95Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days within Australia. Available for metropolitan areas and some regional areas.

Same-Day Dispatch (Available for Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, and Adelaide Metro Areas)Cost: $19.95Orders placed by 12 PM (AEST) will be dispatched the same day for next-day delivery within metro areas.

International Shipping (USA & Canada)Cost: $29.95Estimated delivery time: 7-14 business days, depending on customs clearance and location.Please note that international shipping may be subject to additional customs fees or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking:Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order. For international shipments, please allow extra time for customs clearance.International Shipping (USA & Canada):We are pleased to offer international shipping to the United States and Canada for a flat fee of $29.95. Please note:

Shipping times to the USA and Canada can take between 7-14 business days, depending on your location and customs processing times.

Any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping charge.

At this time, we only ship to the USA and Canada, but we hope to expand to more international destinations in the future.Shipping Address:

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect shipping addresses.

If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately.

Lost or Damaged Items:If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. We will assist with tracking and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.Customs and Duties:

For international shipments (USA & Canada), customs duties, taxes, and import fees may be applicable upon arrival, and are the responsibility of the customer.

For Australian orders, no additional customs or import duties will apply.
