  • Eligibility: Jewelry and accessories can be returned for a refund if they are in original, unused condition and in their original packaging.

  • Refund Process: Once we receive the returned jewelry or accessories, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Clothing Refunds:

  • Eligibility: Clothing can be returned for a refund if it is in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags still attached.

  • Return Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 business days from the date of delivery.

  • Refund Process: Once we receive the returned clothing, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Items that are worn, used, or without tags (for clothing) or in packaging that has been opened or damaged (for jewelry and accessories) will not be accepted for refunds.

  • Sale or clearance items are also non-refundable.
